Return Policy

  • Please choose your artwork carefully, and take advantage of the Book a Preview  free consultation- where you can visualize your art in place.  Contact me with any questions before making your purchase, to ensure you’ll be happy with your piece.

  • Framed artwork is final sale- as frames are custom crafted & built on-demand. (Please consider a returnable unframed purchase if you're feeling unsure.)  No returns or refunds unless the shipping carrier approves a shipment damage claim.  Products are carefully inspected prior to shipment and packed to exceed shipping requirements.

  • Unframed artwork is returnable within (7) days of delivery, minus a $25 restock fee- this will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returning artwork must be shipped within 7 days of original delivery date, in its complete original packaging and in perfect condition. No refunds for returns received not in perfect condition, so please keep all your packaging for reuse. No returns after 7 days.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. The piece must be returned in its complete original packaging &in perfect condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipments must include tracking, insurance & signature. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. 

  • Returns are inspected & refunds processed upon safe receipt of the returned item. Refunds go back to original payment method or store credit.

  • We may not authorize your return or exchange if the returned item is not in perfect condition.

  • Damaged shipments must be reported & photographed within 48hrs of delivery- no later.  Any damage claims beyond 48 hours are not accepted. 

  • If you notice any serious damage to the outside of your package please immediately take photos of:  

    1. ​Unopened outer packaging damage

    2. Inner packing materials  

    3. Damage to artwork.


  • Complete the 'Report Damaged Shipment' form & send photos within 48 hrs or delivery. Keep the outer packaging, inner packing material & artwork until the claim has been completed.  If the carrier claim is accepted, we only offer a no-cost replacement or store credit equal to the original purchase amount.

  • Avoid accidentally damaging your artwork (if a work is unframed), and leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted framing professional. We are not responsible for mishandling.

  • Cancel or Change order - within 24hrs of original checkout.
